Can't drive it? Ask us about towing.
A car that won't start or isn't safe to drive shouldn't stop you getting an estimate. Call us and we'll arrange a tow to the shop, then tell you what it costs before anything moves.
Towing. We work with a local tow partner and can arrange pickup from your home, your work, or wherever the car ended up. Call us with the location and what happened and we'll quote the tow along with the repair, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Rides and loaner cars. We're looking at adding a low-cost loaner for customers whose repair takes more than a day, and a lift home after you drop off. These aren't running yet. If one would make the difference for you, say so when you get in touch, because what customers ask for is how we decide what to add.
Insurance. If you're going through a claim, towing and a rental are often covered by your policy. Ask your adjuster before paying out of pocket, and we'll work with them either way.
